Because I recently found out Woody has a subluxating patella in his back left leg, the vet said it would be good to give him a joint supplement so both Teddy and Woody are getting half a capsule of Cosequin each day. The problem is it's a powder. I tried adding it to cream cheese but it I couldn't really cover all the powder because the cream cheese wouldn't stick to it because it's so dry. I thought they sold tiny chews that had a hollow center especially made for giving meds and stuff but I can't remember where I saw them. Has anyone tried anything like this? If not do you have any other techniques I could try

My cat had to have cosequin, we mixed it with 1tbs of wet food... I know I have seen pill pockets at the vets office here.

Maybe that's where I saw them at the vets I was able to divide the Cosequin into two powder piles and sprinkle it on their food and they both ate it. The day after Teddy's first dose he had soft jello poops and had it the following day as well so he's off the Cosequin. Luckily he was just taking it as a preventive measure Woody is the one with the subluxating patella.
