Good afternoon everyone! I wanted to take a quick moment to stop in and say hello, thank Jen and Teddy for the invite and introduce myself.
I'm Tod. I'm a 3 month old Sable Pomeranian and I live in a great big house with some GREAT BIG girls. My family includes my humans, Mom, Dad, the two teens and a toddler (who is the best snack sneaker ever!) and my fur family (you may want to pull up a seat for this one!). First we have our Elder dog, her name is Sunny and she is a beautiful blonde Chow. I've learned from the other big girls to be very quiet and careful of her because she is very old and not so steady on her feet. Saphira, she is one GORGEOUS Champaign Border Collie, is Sunny's care-taker (that's what Mom says) and she keeps a very close eye on Sunny all day. Even keeping her close by at all times. Mom says it's a very beautiful thing to watch, but it also makes her cry. Curry is a Daschund-Chihuahua mix and she is the funniest little fireball ever! Mystery is what Mom calls a heart dog. She is a black and tan German Shepherd mix. My family adopted her from a rescue after she and her siblings had been abused when they were just tiny babies. She isn't the lap dog type, but with the other girls help, she's learning all about love and that Mom and our family are here to care for us and protect us. Mom says she's got a tail that peacocks would be jealous of! Nana is Mom's BIG . She is a St. Bernard mix with the most incredible blue eyes you've ever seen, and she adores Mom just as much as I do. The vet told us not to be surprised if she weighs over 100lbs when full grown! She's a VERY good girl though, listens to everything Mom says. Next, we have my feline friends. Niko is the only indoor kitty because she is so small. She is a Lynx Point Siamese and my best buddy. I don't think she knows she's a cat though. Outside, there is a cat enclosure with a nice warm shed that is all caged in so the cats can have a safe place to live AND enjoy the sunshine, trees and grass too! Luckies! There is Pookie (a tuxedo), Precious(an odd-eyed white), Maxwell (a chocolate point siamese), Mabon (a cream & orange dsh), Edgar (a grey dsh), Allie (a grey dsh), Poe (an odd-eyed white), and Raven (a black dsh). Mom has a theory about these kitties. She says they're alien cats and Precious is the leader and they are panning to take over the world! We'll discuss these cats and their antics another day. We also have 5 box turtles names Jose, Cuervo, Hornitos, Pepe Lopez and Patron and 2 tanks FULL of fish. I'm convinced the Oscar is watching me.
Well... that's my family! As for me, I spend all day where ever Mom is. Whether it's in the Land Shark running errands or at home quietly, where ever she is, is where I want to be.
