Anyone use pee pee pads?

I was just wondering if your dogs are good about hitting the pads. Woody doesn't have any problems but Teddy has started peeing at the edge of the pads. He used to pee in the center. The problem is he sometimes hits the pad's border which isn't absorbent. I've had to start putting a plastic bag under the pad.

Oh dear!! both mine go toilets outside so i dont really have any advice! must be really annoying for you
