Pet Flys Pet Carriers

Are they worth the money? Do any of you have/recommend them? Also What size should I consider for a 3 1/2 - 5 6 lbs. Chihuahua? and Should I buy it new on the Pet Flys Website or used/new on Amazon.com?

Sorry about all the questions. :/ I just want to get ALL the infomation I need before buying. Or Asking it for Christmas!

From what I know of them they're a high quality carrier so in my opinion worth the money. The woman who owns the company is super nice. I briefly dealt with her when asking Pet Flys to affiliate with the forum.

I guess used would be okay but I personally would buy new but that's just me

I think if you go to their website, which is in our affiliates table at the bottom of the forum, they tell you how to determine what size you'll need. But I would guess for a Chihuahua that tiny their smallest size would be perfect.

Do you have a specific design of theirs in mind?

No not yet.

If i get one it probably won't be till next year.
but I might not want one because it's kind of 'Big' to just carry around with you. I am looking for a 'Tote' kind of carrier.

they are really good quality carriers, i have a small for Twiglet and shes about 5lbs, not really the sort of bag for carrying around as a tote type bag, they are quite bulky tho and i dont find it that easy to carry on my shoulder - i use mine more for travel, long trips in the car or on the train, altho i think now they do a style called City Girl which is like a tote if its anything like their other carriers it will be very well made id prob buy from the pet flys website if i was in the US tammy is very nice and helpful have dealt with her a few times years ago when i was trying to stock items for my own website
