Question on spay

Hello, When I got Zoey spayed she had pyometra and endometritis and she was in heat. I had to have her spayed to save her. But her little privates are still (I think) a bit bigger then they should be. They hang down alittle. It has been a year now since the spay. It was quite large before and has gone down alot, but will it ever return to normal???

Just heard about that and never seen yet. Hope there's nothing wrong with her and reduce that to normal..
