mine love their veggies, I make them hamb. rice and mixed veggies with a bullion cube cooked together and they get that 1-2x a day and of course their dog food free choice. I had a rotty that loved raw carrots better than any other treat she would go nutts over them, beg me as much as the horses would...

I don't know what kind of bullion cube you use but I know they can have a very high sodium content I've read that some use a homemade vegetable stock instead of bullion cubes.

Wow, if I made Holly something that tasty, I'm pretty sure she'd never touch her dog food ;D

Thanks Jen.. but with as much as i make and freeze the 1 bullion cube isn't making a difference. I make and freeze enough to last a lil while. mine still eat their dog food too but i just like giving it to them every day its easier to give their vitiamin and probiotic suppliments too . and i sooo love enjoy watching them gobble it down and looking at me saying yum yum thank you mommy. My vet is informed and agree's on exactly what they are consuming. food and suppliments. I hope everyone has a wonderful chiriffic day !!!
