So as I was having a nice quiet afternoon today I decide to give Max one of his bones. It's one of those edible teething bones that's supposed to clean their teeth and make their breathe smell good. Before he got (he had parvo and is now fully recovered) he would just chew on them kinda like a treat. Well, I gave it to him and he went crazy looking for somewhere to bury the thing! He was holding it in his mouth, running in circles, digging into blankets, and whining! He did this for an hour straight! I couldn't stop laughing at him! He finally gave in to just piling blankets over it and calling it a day. After he decided this was just gonna have to do he cuddled up with me and took a nap. It was quite an entertaining afternoon... ! After his nap he got up..."unburied" his bone and chewed on it until it was gone. I'm anxious for tomorrow so I can give him another one and see if he will entertain me agian... !

That is too cute!! Too bad you didn't get a video of that - I would love to see it! Mine just takes the bone to the other side of the room and starts going to town on it. The only time she moves is if I come close, and then she runs to a different spot because she's afraid I'll take it away ;D

I know! If he does it tomorrow I'm definitely getting it on video. I was literally laughing so hard I almost peed my pants! He's really good about letting us take the bone from him...he loves to play fetch with it so I'm guessing that's why. I've never seen him do the digging thing before though. He doesn't even dig outside He's just so much fun.

Oh how cute ;D You definitely need to get that on video My first Yorkie Tigger never ate his bones right away and always hid them well he thought they were hidden they were right out in the open next to the couch or something then he'd go across the room and stare at it. Teddy and Woody have never hid anything and Woody eats his treats so fast I sometimes wonder if he even knows what he just ate ;D

OMG! That's so funny! He just cracks me up everyday. We've owned a lot of dogs and he's got the biggest personality out of all of them. He just makes us laugh all the time. He's a smart little thing, too. I just love him to pieces....and he's spoiled rotten. But they're supposed to be, right??
