ok so this goes with the earlier post about me picking up the dogs from the kennel. ok here is the time line.... this is what I saw when I picked him up from kennel.. then this is after I shaved it to see what it was.... this is what it was on Friday when taken to the vet... now this is after the vet...now skin had to be removed because a dog bite is holes on top BUT it is what happens underneath that matters...under the skin if untreated begins to rot so the skin has to be (sp) Debri like with a burn victim it has to be scrubbed off. this is him laying down my poor ... now...here is my question....does any one know of a site that would help me write a lawyerish letter that I can enclose with the pictures?

Oh my gosh, Dee! That is horrible!! I'm afraid I don't know where to direct you for help, but I would definitely pursue this!! That poor ! Sending hugs to Rocky!

well Holly we are sending them a letter (email enclosing the pics) demanding payment we will give them to Wed to respond then .....its on

Oh my gosh Dee poor Rocky!! Oh how awful that they would let Rocky be put in a situation where he could be attacked by another dog Gosh this really makes me mad I also don't know who to direct a letter to but they totally owe you a refund. And for them to not even mention this to you when you picked them up is criminal

well he is doing better got around better yesterday than any other day. We sent them a fax email and certified letter saying that we had better hear from them by July3rd...well ha we did...they sent us and email saying that they got everything and that they will give us a call next week.....grrrrr so I sent back and email that they had till July 8th and that I want closure to this matter

I'm glad he's doing better! Hopefully he'll be back to normal soon!
At least they contacted you -- maybe that's a good sign that they're going to pay up!
